When you book a session, you’ll receive a personalized and targeted stretch therapy experience designed to enhance mobility, flexibility, and recovery. Each session includes guided stretching techniques that focus on key muscle groups to help relieve tension, improve posture, and prevent injury.
Lower Body Stretches
✅ Hip Opener Stretch – Enhances hip mobility and reduces stiffness
✅ Figure-Four Stretch (Piriformis Stretch) – Releases tension in the glutes and deep hip muscles
✅ Side Bend Stretch – Improves flexibility in the lower back and obliques
✅ Psoas Stretch – Targets the hip flexors to alleviate lower back and hip tightness
Upper Body Stretches

Speed Stretch Session (10–15 minutes)
Quick, effective relief on the go.
This mini-session targets key tension points and problem areas for fast-acting results. Ideal during lunch breaks, after workouts, or for last-minute relief.
